Book Illustrations
(a work in Progress)

"To create is to be one with God. To create beauty with art is my way to serve. This is my reflection upon such God, and is told in fantastic illustrations. As a child I never questioned the validity of fairytales. I never doubted the existence of fairies and angels, mermaids or pixies. In my magic world I began writing intending it for my eyes only. My hobby is to illustrate a loose, one page, outline of a story like the story of Amara's quest for the "one". This loose one page story quickly became a trilogy.

In the process of creating this book, I realized that I am a storyteller. My entire life is an accumulation of many interesting stories. I've encountered a wide variety of magnificent people, supernatural events, survival experiences and travels into different cultures. Not to exclude a vivid imagination.

Even now, in this moment, as I look outside my window and witness the miracle of the setting sun's light. It is changing the patterns in the branches of the trees and the leaves. I feel this needs to be told, to be illustrated. Saved as a legacy to beauty, to light, to the love of appreciation. Love and God resides in all there is before me and even a grain of sand has a great lesson and message to tell."- LG 2006

On some nights when the moon didn't shine and all the stars were covered by dark clouds, one could have a true glimpse of what the castle really looked like.

Had Princess Amara known what lay ahead on her adventurous journey, she might not have left the castle of Fearalot at all that ominous night.

Mausi was afraid, so she held him close to her heart in her embrace.

Other times she held all three of them as they entered deeper into the forest towards Owl's home.

Owl lived in the center of the enchanted forest in a magical tree.

The path led out of the Blue Forest opening to a magnificent view.

A tiny village nestled in the valley surrounded by the Alps.

In Clock Town, time and cleanliness was very important. Their chocolate was sweet, but their smiles were bitter.

The sky was black over Fearville that night. A storm was brewing...
